What is your Returns Policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, an alternative product or a refund to the original payment method. If you would like to return a product or have a question about your order, please email [email protected] and a member of the team will be on hand. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement.
How do I return an item?
Please email [email protected] with your order details and a return form will be issued. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging for a full refund. Please note any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. For your protection we recommend goods are returned using a recorded delivery service as Mystery Footy Shirts cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or non-received goods.
How do I exchange my item?
You are more than welcome to return your item for a different one which is equivalent to the same value. If the exchange value is greater, then the difference will need to be paid for, alternatively if it's lower we will offer store credit or a partial refund. Please contact [email protected] for our exchange address. Please note any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
Important information
• Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the item is agreed by both parties to be faulty.
• We cannot offer any returns/exchanges past our 30 day return policy.
• Any items which have been used, damaged or not in its original packaging will not be refunded.
• We do not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
